It was day 6 yesterday at Bluesfest. With only 3 acts performing, this post should be pretty easy. I only saw 2 of the 3, so let’s check out how it went.

Gym Class Heroes — I’m not sure how to describe them. Even the Bluesfest site didn’t know what to put. My best guess is Emo Punk or Emo Rock. Either way, I didn’t like it. It started raining shortly after they started, so I headed inside until it stopped.

Stone Temple Pilots — Luckily, the rain had stopped before STP hit the Stage. This was a GREAT show. They did all their big hits from the 90’s, complete with stunning visuals in the background. Scott Weiland was in fine form. So far, this has been the best show at this year’s Bluesfest. My only problem is that I froze my ass off and left early.

Everything’s back to normal today for Bluesfest tonight.
